Vacation Bible School
Dive in and discover God’s underwater universe! Swim with humpback whales and seahorses, scuba through a vibrant coral reef, and take a personal submarine to the ocean floor, where eels and octopi play. As they journey miles below the water’s surface, kids plunge into Bible stories of people with deep faith and learn to trust a God whose love is bigger than the sea.
Participants will learn to “go deep” into God’s Word for their lives, exploring the meaning and application of Bible stories about people who exhibited deep faith.

What Can You Catch for VBS?
Help us fill our nets for VBS. Go visit the Children’s Ministry bulletin board near the water cooler and grab a sea creature. Then, bring the item on your creature in by June 3rd. This will help LUMC provide snacks, crafts, and decorating for VBS to the 180 children who will attend!
Items needed for 2012 VBS
Empty paper towel rolls are needed for 2012 VBS. Please bring what you have and put in the designated box on the giving rack in the Gathering Area.

Join us June 18-22 for Vacation Bible School. Get ready to go deep with God in a fun-filled week exploring God’s underwater universe! There are opportunities for all ages to be involved. We have openings for crew leaders, station leaders, cleanup crew, and many more. There’s a place for everyone at VBS!
