B Fit for Jesus – Exercise
B Fit 4 Jesus! Exercise Program for Seniors ( age 50 or older)
You’re invited to join us on Wednesday mornings from 9:00 – 9:30am in Room L1 for slow and easy exercises which can help you;
* maintain your good health,
*restore lost ablilities,
*enjoy your life more,
*ease the burden of household chores,
* improve your strength,
*help your balance while reaching, lifting and bending
*and have fun and fellowship with friends!
All excercises are done either sitting or standing. Most excercises are done with a resistance (elastic) tube (5 lb. level) available at Meijers or other stores that sell athletic equipment for about $13 – $15. There will be supportive leadership and an encouraging group of friends to enhance the experience.
If you already have an exercise program (perhaps given to you by your doctor) come and do those exercises while the group does their program. You will be encouraged by the fellowship and you can encourage others to “B Fit 4 Jesus”!
