The Missions in Motion ministry team invites you to be generous in giving school supplies to help students in need have a wonderful beginning to a new school year!

July 25th through August 31st, we will be collecting school supplies to provide for children, in Loveland, local communities and around the world, who are in need of the basic tools for school.

We’re advertising the needs list early, so that you will have an opportunity to take advantage of all the “Back to School” sales. The Missions team is organizing one collection this year to benefit both the Loveland
schools and the United Methodist “Festival of Sharing” efforts.

Here’s the listing of items needed to create 1 school kit. You can either donate complete kits, or individual items that are listed. Donations can be left in the Gathering Area in the YELLOW BOX marked “SCHOOL
SUPPLIES”.

One pair of blunt scissors (rounded tip)
Three 70-count spiral or tape-bound pads of 8" x 10-1/2" ruled paper,
for a total of 200-210 sheets of ruled paper. (Please do not provide loose-leaf or filler paper.)
One 30-centimeter ruler (12")
One hand-held pencil sharpener
One large eraser
Six new pencils with erasers
One box of 24 crayons (only 24)Thank you in advance from the Missions team at LUMC!
