Sharon White, Director of Discipleship
Sharon has been on staff since 2012. Her multi-faceted job means she is involved in everything from kid’s crafts to adult Bible studies to worship planning,  all while interacting with our multi-generational church family. Sharon holds a Bachelor’s of Education from the University of Cincinnati. She and her husband, Rob, spent time  in Japan and Germany and lived up and down the East Coast with the United States Army for 23 years. Sharon has served on staff or in lay leadership in every location to which they have moved.  Sharon now lives in Loveland with Rob and they have  two adult children.
Becky Parsons, Director of Music Ministry
Becky is our Director of Music, which encompasses Chancel Choir, Chancel Bells, Chime Time, and Music, Art and Drama (M.A.D.) Camp. She also serves as a  keyboardist in our  praise band. Out of all of her responsibilities, the Easter Cantata is her favorite because she gets to conduct the instrumental ensemble and help to share the special meaning of Easter for our congregation and community. Fittingly, her favorite bible verse is Psalm 105:2 “Sing to him, sing praises to him; tell of all his wondrous works.”
Missy White, Director of Youth Ministry
Missy stepped into the roll of Director this year after being our  Youth Ministries Assistant since 2012. She completed her Master’s of Fine Arts in Wig and Makeup Design this spring as well. Her favorite event at LUMC is our yearly Vacation Bible School, and her favorite bible verse is Proverbs 31:25 “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.”
Elizabeth Orsborn, Director of Communications
Elizabeth joined our staff in 2016 as a Pastoral Assistant and transitioned into the role of Director of Communications in 2017. She is  also our LUMC Wedding Coordinator and looks forward to marrying her best friend, Greg, later this year!  Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s of Music from DePauw University and a Master’s of Music in Voice from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.  She loves starting her Sunday mornings singing with the praise band, and her favorite bible verse is 2 Timothy 1:7: “For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.”
Robin Kerth, Office Administrator
If you call or visit LUMC on a weekday, the first person you encounter is Robin, our Office Administrator. Providing support services since 2010, Robin is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day business needs of the church. One of her favorite hobbies is photography. When time permits, Robin and her husband, Richard, enjoy creating culinary delights including beautiful cakes and delicious meals around which to gather. Robin and her family have attended worship service at LUMC since 2005.
